This store is not very close to me but I’d drive here over going to west main or stadium all day bc of their nasty attitudes and very poor customer service at those stores ever since Jared was moved to Plainwell. He, of course, has done a phenomenal job fixing up the Plainwell store and he is always friendly, always welcoming and makes sure what people buy stay in stock. It’s worth driving an additional 20minutes to plainwell store just to not have to deal with the dishonest manager Syd at stadium and west main.
I would never recommend buying any glassware or accessories for glass. Twice upon purchasing from this establishment has left me questioning the authenticity of name brands and the quality of the Glass. Cheap production sold at high price.
Monica, although she is new, has a very happy disposition, she is very kind, and helpful! I am in here about once every couple of weeks, and she made me so welcome! All the girls there do! Love the atmosphere they make!
The ladies working at Wild Bills today, were very helpful. They searched all of the shelves for the exact flavor of eliquid I was looking for, and even found me the best price, out of several brands.
This place is so much better than the sweetfire tobacco stores. The staff actually seems professional and are not just laying behind counters watching their phones or laptops
