I just left your store after standing there for 10 minutes and your employee refused to acknowledge me while she farted around with some lady in the Store. I understand… I won’t come back

Walked n at 7:59pm because the door was OPEN AND unlocked and the OPEN light is on. Was told they are closed. I knew exactly what I was coming n to get because this is my neighborhood cigar spot because it’s within walking distance but not my choice to shop cigars. I patronize because it’s n my area and I want to keep them here. Never dealt with these young colorful haired ladies, I always deal with a guy. Dont close your register down until the end of your open hours ladies…tip from Customer Service Instructor!
