Owner is very nice but super disappointed with a recent purchase and the workers customer service. Bought a new rig a few days ago, never dropped, bumped or anything. Barely used at all. A hairline fracture developed while it was sitting on a table mot being used, water started leaking out. Took it back to exchange for same one and they wouldn't exchange it, return it, offered no assistance or solutions. Be cautious what you buy from here.
I’ve visited a number of Wild Bills locations, and this store is the best by far (13 Mile near Hoover in Warren). The employees are very helpful and friendly. It’s refreshing to be greeted and assisted by employees who are knowledgeable, pleasant, and eager to help. Highly recommend!
I come in here all the time. I prefer this smoke shop over any other. The staff here is all so nice and very helpful. You can tell that they truly care about their customers and their needs and concerns.
I like the assortment of nicotine pouch brands and flavors and their smoke exterminator candles. They brought in snuff I like also. Many many discounts came my way here, So this is my go-to place for my nicotine and caffeine fix. Great place !
Always a friendly atmosphere. Shelves are stocked and store is clean. Employees are great. 13 mile and Hoover in Warren you rock
