The 14 mile and Crooks store is one the best, if not the best locations in the chain. Tommy, the proprietor, goes out of his way to make his customers happy. All of the sales associates are just as accommodating. Keep up the great work everyone!
Simply the best customer service! This location in particular is especially good! The store selection is solid, they will assist with product recommendations if needed, and always exude professionalism and attentiveness. Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!

Have been shopping at this store for a few years, always have a solid selection and more than courteous staff. Had an issue with a vape I purchased not charging a few days earlier, ended up coming back just to purchase another one. When I mentioned it to the manager he was willing to swap out the faulty one for me without any issue. Definitely recommend shopping at this store!
