Tommy is awesome. I called in and without any judgement or questions, Tommy was willing to make things right - it turns out I did not have an issue to begin with but Tommy was ready to take on anything. I have been a customer of this place for many years. I’ve always had a great experience, this past one with Tucker and Joe was incredible. I received some amazing information, learned some things about vape devices that will help me in the future. Most importantly, they were honest. Lead me in the right direction and didn’t try and sell me something that wouldn’t suit my needs. I highly recommend this shop, and I will continue to return. The 14 mile and Crooks store is one the best, if not the best locations in the chain. Tommy, the proprietor, goes out of his way to make his customers happy. All of the sales associates are just as accommodating. Keep up the great work everyone!
Simply the best customer service! This location in particular is especially good! The store selection is solid, they will assist with product recommendations if needed, and always exude professionalism and attentiveness. Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!
