Unfortuately, they don't take responsibility for the sale of defective products at the Highland Road Store and possibly Corporate as well. I went to the store the day after I bought something that was defective and provided a receipt asking to exchange it only to be told they have a store policy against it and another employee stated that it was against state law. Sounded like BS to me so I wrote corporate about the problem and have yet to hear a peep from them so I'm taking to social media to warn others about the company... read more
