I don’t come here often because I work all over the place but I’m always greeted with a smile when I do come here. Just purchased a GeekBar and it unfortunately malfunctioned right out of the box. I went back to see if we might be able to work something out and the man who seemed to be in charge allowed me to try a new one and had me try it outside the store while I was still there to ensure satisfaction. This is a great store ran by great people!
I love this Wild Bills location! Just came from a horrible customer service situation at another location. Told the peeps at this location about my experience, and they made it right. They have the most awesome employees here. Super nice, very helpful, and do whatever they can to create a great experience for the customer. From now on, this is the only store that will get my business. Thank you Ryan & Chicago Wild Bills Team!!! You Rock!!!!
