I want to take a moment to recognize Jason at this location. He consistently provides outstanding customer service and is always a pleasure to speak with. I’ve been coming to this store for a little over a year now, and Jason is by far the best person I’ve dealt with during that time. He sets the bar high for professionalism and customer care. Jason has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced since I’ve been in Gaylord. The rest of the staff was super friendly as well. Amazing selection of products too with a variety of cheaper products to high end. Thank you for the amazing service!
I had a very nice experience (as always) at the Wild Bill’s on West Main. Gaige was extremely helpful, willing to look for an out of stock item, and very engaging. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and had what I needed (offered to double bag my items). I look forward to continuing to go to this store.
I honestly miss working here... sometimes There was just something magical about the environment—especially during Jason Clark’s lunch breaks. Let’s just say, things got suspiciously generous when he stepped out for a bite. The sense of “freedom” was unmatched. I used to really maximize my time and resources, if you catch my drift. 😉 The cameras had this charming tendency to "malfunction" at the most convenient times.
