Out of the many vape shops in Gaylord, this one is top notch. The staff are so friendly. Every time I’ve been in, I feel like I’m being treated as a human, not a customer. I appreciate the service and variety they offer, I think they are the best in town.
I stopped in to this Wild Bills location at 619 West Main St. in Gaylord, MI today where I was greeted with 2 of the friendliest employees! I only caught one of their names which was Josiah! He and the other guy did an excellent job greeting me, helping me to find the products I was looking for and were just overall great people! I believe they should be acknowledged for their outstanding performance! I appreciate the awesome customer service and will continue going to this location for any future purchases!
The 619 w main st wild bills is the best one hands down the employees are awesome the manager is amazing to work with. The store is always spotless and everything organized. I recommend visiting this store.

I’ve been coming to this store for a little over a year now, and Jason is by far the best person I’ve dealt with during that time. He sets the bar high for professionalism and customer care. Jason has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced since I’ve been in Gaylord. The rest of the staff was super friendly as well. Amazing selection of products too with a variety of cheaper products to high end. Thank you for the amazing service!
