Jason has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced since I’ve been in Gaylord. The rest of the staff was super friendly as well. Amazing selection of products too with a variety of cheaper products to high end. Thank you for the amazing service!
Can’t complain about the last year—I've somehow managed to enjoy a surprisingly steady stream of premium cigars and other top-shelf goodies without ever opening my wallet. Must be the universe rewarding me, right? Anyway, fingers crossed those inventory numbers are spot-on—would hate for there to be any mysterious discrepancies. Lol
Great people with great attitudes everytime I come in and buy vape juice..also if I leave a good review there manager has to come down and work a shift so let go! Lol .Jason Kim and Renee are the people i have had positive times with when shopping
