I stopped in to this Wild Bills location at 619 West Main St. in Gaylord, MI today where I was greeted with 2 of the friendliest employees! I only caught one of their names which was Josiah! He and the other guy did an excellent job greeting me, helping me to find the products I was looking for and were just overall great people! I believe they should be acknowledged for their outstanding performance! I appreciate the awesome customer service and will continue going to this location for any future purchases!
I want to take a moment to recognize Jason at this location. He consistently provides outstanding customer service and is always a pleasure to speak with. I’ve been coming to this store for a little over a year now, and Jason is by far the best person I’ve dealt with during that time. He sets the bar high for professionalism and customer care. Jason has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced since I’ve been in Gaylord. The rest of the staff was super friendly as well. Amazing selection of products too with a variety of cheaper products to high end. Thank you for the amazing service!
Great group of people who work here, extremely friendly and helpful. I'm from Peoria Illinois and our smoke shops are just people trying to rush you out, these guys were knowledgeable of the area and helped with some questions about other local businesses, please expand to Illinois. Outstanding customer service.
Beautiful store since the remodel. They have a great selection. Employees need a training session in customer service. If you don't have it in stock, can you find it!?... I would think that would be important in making a sale, especially in the vape department. New faces... lack of training, I'm encouraged to buy online.
