Wild Bills on Miller road, Flint has exceptional customer service. 1st time visiting this location & Don helped me while I was in there, he’s very knowledgeable of everything in there. I would recommend going to this location for all your needs.
Always a pleasure coming into the Flint Wild Bills location. Everything is so tidy and well stocked, and they have some of the most friendly staff. Thomas is always helpful and is very knowledgeable of the products, he goes above and beyond to see that I have what I need and makes excellent recommendations on products that are new to me.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wild Bills Tobacco , and I must say, the service was exceptional. Thomas, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and attentive. I stopped in to get a glass piece and Thomas’ customer service is absolutely fantastic, i was greeted with a smile and he was more than willing to help me find what i needed. Great service every time and everyone is super friendly. They answer questions super well to the best of their ability. Have not had a single issue with anyone since I have been going to this location.
