What a nice experience every time I visit. Mike always greets me with a kind “hello” when I walk in and is quick to offer assistance or let customers know they’re available for any questions. I really appreciate that kind of welcome. The shop has a great selection of cigars, and the humidor is clearly well maintained with proper temperature and humidity. I stop in here every so often on my way home from work, I guess they got a new manager running the store named Mike and the dude is very personable, seems like he loves his job which just brings a mood up. I stop by wild Bill's all different locations all the time and I got to tell you whenever there's a person running the store like that it makes you leave the store in a good mood. 5 stars! 👍
Everyone at the location is wonderful. I appreciate it so much when they ask me how my day is going? How was my weekend? These are small things but they mean a lot to me. Today, Jake helped me. He is always a pleasure when I came into the store.
I go to this wild bills quite a bit. Today I went in and was looking to purchase a glass piece and Jacob helped me. He was quick and friendly. The entire staff is always super helpful and enjoy helping anyone and everyone and that's why I love this location so much it's definitely my favorite!
