Just wanted to give a shout out to this store! It was clean, and the environment was very welcoming. Aimee usually helps me, and she is probably the reason I make the drive. Kim and Dave are the best customer service representatives the Rogers City store has . They are always pleasant and bring smiles to customers faces even when the customer is having a bad day
The store was clean and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. We went in to purchase cigars which I never buy but Aimee was very helpful in picking the right one.
Aimee is phenomenal!! The hardest worker and FANASTIC customer service. She’s the main reason I even go to Wild Bills.
