Several months ago, when Tobacco companies could no longer ship Vape Juices, I went to Wild Bill’s in Gladstone. I had been receiving shipments for the past 8 years from a company in FL. However, with the new restriction, I had to find something ‘similar’ to what I had been ordering. The manager, Kendel, was diligent in trying to find something for me.
