Staff is super friendly and helpful in a very chill non overbearing way. The storefront itself is always impeccably clean and organized.
Went in to buy 2 Monte Cristo Nicaraguan Series. Price on the shelf was $15.50 a stick (bogo). They charged me 18.95 plus tax. I told them the price on the shelf was $15.50, he went in the humidor and verified I was right and then said “Oh the price just changed today and we haven’t changed the price tags yet.” I said I thought they were supposed to sell them to me for the price they have advertised and he just didn’t respond.
