This is the best Wild Bills I've ever been in, and I've been to quite a few! It's a nice big store, clean/organized, and the staff is amazing! I'm a cigar guy and Fabian has a given me so many good recommendations. He really knows his stuff. It's always a pleasure to stop in and chat with the staff when I need something. Keep up the good work guys!
This pregnant to told me that their policy's have changed and that she cannot use my phone number in more than 1 transaction within 24 hours to give me my rewards. Trying to charge me 60$ more. The lady was quite rude and condescending!! Do not go to this one!!! I went to the one down the street on Maple. The guys was amazing did my rewards properly. No issues, he has even heard many stories about to other store. Be aware.
Jase was incredibly helpful and provided me with everything I needed. I genuinely appreciate his assistance. Additionally, the place has a pleasant aroma.
Don't let the outside fool you—this smoke shop is much bigger than it looks from the street! It’s super clean, and features a large selection of products. The staff is fantastic, especially the blonde woman (I didn't catch her name!) who was knowledgeable, patient, and offered an excellent recommendation. Great inventory and top-tier customer service make this my new go-to spot—highly recommend!
2nd time there and Ashley’s kindness and exceptional customer service skills make every visit a pleasure.
