An efficient process and was given prompt responses from my loan officer who was respectful and knowledgeable. I feel he pointed me in the correct direction based on my needs and desired debt ratio and didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. The only improvement I'd recommend is emails coming from other departments contained general lingo that at times didn't apply to the situation and led to some confusion on my end.
You were awesome throughout the process. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to buy our first home.
The process was disorganized and riddled with poor communication. My final disclosure statement was full of mistakes, and I wasn’t provided with the corrected one until the morning of closing. And none of the numbers matched with any previous document. And because I was closing that morning, I had no way of getting anything corrected.
