Setting up the initial appointment was easy but we had a technical issue which would not allow me to join the Zoom meeting the first time.
I came to Lifestance needing help for severe anxiety. The therapist I have is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I know that I am in the right place for treatment.
He is very patient and has a step-by-step process to not confuse or surprise you about what you will talk about
Applied to the wrong type of healthcare professional at first, Mr. Cruz was VERY polite and helpful to lead me in the right direction. If I ever had to replace my therapist I would DEFINITELY consider 'Bill' Cruz.
Mr. Cruz was awesome. I feel like he listens well and provides beneficial feedback. Would definitely recommend to others.
