My first time visiting the office. The girls at front end were welcoming & kind. The nurse was also great. I met Dr. Douglas who listened carefully & set up a plan for me. I feel he is being very thorough. The xray tech was kind & quick. Checkout was easy. I recommend this office if you are having an issue. Thank you Dr. Douglas.
I came to Dr. Douglas for a second opinion. He was patient, listened to me explain my symptoms, conducted a complete examination and reviewed my testing with me - and after all that, came up with the mostly the same diagnosis as the first doctor. However - because he had been so thorough and explained everything to me so well, I now feel confident in the diagnosis and will be continuing my care with him. Would definitely recommend.
Dr. Douglas is attentive and caring. He has your best interest as the center of his recommendations for your treatment. I have appreciated all he has done for me in the journey to relieve my hip pain.
I did not have a positive experience. The doctor was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. I chose this doctor based on all of the positive 5 star reviews, but unfortunately I didn't have the same positive experience everyone else has had and I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated.
Dr Douglas is a rare medical gem! I am a very active older adult with arthritic knees. He thoughtfully listened to my concerns and patiently answered my questions. Together we came up with a conservative approach to maintain my active lifestyle. Dr Douglas genuinely cares about his patients.
