Very satisfied client ☺️ Very responsive and friendly crew. Easy communication. Super professional staff including the lady at the frontdesk. This was my second time using their services. Everyone i talked to on the phone was very patient and nice. They always made sure someone called me to give me updates on the progress of my case. Working with WGK was great they have helped me a lot. With this being such a hard time they have been working so much to make things easier. I want to thank Reed Smith, Elaine, and Mali. All the people who I have talked to personally so far. Mali was the first person I ever talked to and she was great with taking all my information and helping receive the footage from the accident.

Shelby was my legal assistant and took great care of me! When the insurance companies were causing confusion or dragging their feet, Shelby got them to hammer out all the details to get things straight again. I really appreciated all the follow up calls making sure I understood each step of the process. I hope never again to be in a car accident, but if I do I will call WGK and hope to have Shelby helping me again! 👍🏾😃
