The staff is very polite. However, the communication is extremely poor. Phone calls are rarely returned, and no one seems to know what's going on with your case when you're actually speaking to someone. It hasn't been the greatest experience for me, but I'm sure it's not the worst experience when dealing with these issues.
I been said for my check a month a go they are full of xxxx I'll never use them again in my life .They don't reach out to you the slow and I believe in my heart they are stealing from u and playing games at same time .I'ma have to call the bar on them as I speak.Please never use these clown.
The absolute best! I've been pleased with Atty Williams personally taking the time to explain the process when things weren't always clear to me. Her staff works expeditiously in taking care of case loads and making the client #1 priority.... Williams& associates! way ahead of the rest, because they're the best!
