I have been doing business with Williams over the past 35 years. This time they replaced my oil tank,after discovering a leak on my annual inspection. The process (led by Todd) was professional, quick and without any pitfalls. I trust this company and will continue to use them for all my heating and plumbing needs.
Gerry has been delivering fuel to us for many years now. He's always on time, what a great worker! Gerry, you're just unbelievable! I just can't say enough good things about this good man.
Consistently great experiences with all departments at Williams, but I cannot say enough good things about Chad and Kathy in the plumbing department. My shower needed a small but difficult to locate part for a repair--Chad worked for weeks with suppliers to find the proper replacement and Kathy kept me informed each step of the way. They both went out of their way to ensure the job was as cost efficient as possible, keeping to the agreed upon timeline, and did great work. Highly recommend.
Williams energy is a great company for all aspects of home comfort. From first meeting with Gavin, clear explanations, to billing & scheduling, and installation of two split air conditioners in my home, they listened explaiined and installed professiinally! I have been very happy with my decision, especially this hot summer, thank you
Todd the salesman spoke to me in the phone, came out to our house and inspected our equipment. Jennie spoke to me on the phone and emailed me a copy of the companies contract agreement. After, consulting with my wife we decided to stay with our existing company. I explained this to Todd and he graciously agreed to refund our ac service policy that had not taken effect yet. I applaud these two individuals for their honesty and professionalism.
