I want to give the highest rating possible to Williams energy located in Marshfield, Massachusetts, handling the South Shore and beyond. A quick story that I hope you will take to heart. We have been an oil and propane customer of Williams for over 7 years. Today we, unexpectedly, ran out of oil. The tech came out due to no hot water. An hour later the owner called us and said they would NOT deliver ANY oil until our tank was inspected again. This is interesting.... Here is the best company to connect with! In this day and age where finding a plumber, electrician or other home improvement professional is a challenge Williams Energy is the place to be. Prompt reply and resposive service are the key to their success. I give them 6 Stars for service.

Solid reliable company, they do their best. Honestly, I'm leaving this review to offset the grumpy 1 stars- this company is probably realistically a 4 star company, but most people only review local utilities when they are mad. They come out for emergency visits and are upfront about work and cost and perform their service in good faith.
