Williams Oil replaced our air-conditioning unit in our home. They were excellent, the crew were professional, attentive and extremely skilled in their work. They answered all of our questions and made sure the new unit was working well. We were very pleased and satisfied with Williams Oil and would recommend the Company for any future work in our home.
This company is fantastic. Came to my house to quote a central air and mini split project. Gave me the lowest bid…. By a lot. Diagnosed a difficult situation with our ductwork and recommended a work around. Showed up on time. Completed the job on time. Incredibly responsive and professional. I have been doing business with Williams over the past 35 years. This time they replaced my oil tank,after discovering a leak on my annual inspection. The process (led by Todd) was professional, quick and without any pitfalls. I trust this company and will continue to use them for all my heating and plumbing needs.
Consistently great experiences with all departments at Williams, but I cannot say enough good things about Chad and Kathy in the plumbing department. My shower needed a small but difficult to locate part for a repair--Chad worked for weeks with suppliers to find the proper replacement and Kathy kept me informed each step of the way. They both went out of their way to ensure the job was as cost efficient as possible, keeping to the agreed upon timeline, and did great work. Highly recommend.
