Gerry has been delivering fuel to us for many years now. He's always on time, what a great worker! Gerry, you're just unbelievable! I just can't say enough good things about this good man.
Consistently great experiences with all departments at Williams, but I cannot say enough good things about Chad and Kathy in the plumbing department. My shower needed a small but difficult to locate part for a repair--Chad worked for weeks with suppliers to find the proper replacement and Kathy kept me informed each step of the way. They both went out of their way to ensure the job was as cost efficient as possible, keeping to the agreed upon timeline, and did great work. Highly recommend.
Just had Ian P. In from Williams Energy. Ian was great. He was doing our annual preventative maintenance on our A/C. He left no stone unturned. Before he left he told me everything he did and assured me that they units were working properly.
Jennie Campbell has been extremely responsive and helpful over the last few years while we not only manage our own home but our rental as well. I appreciate her helping me manage deliveries and service greatly.
Todd the salesman spoke to me in the phone, came out to our house and inspected our equipment. Jennie spoke to me on the phone and emailed me a copy of the companies contract agreement. After, consulting with my wife we decided to stay with our existing company. I explained this to Todd and he graciously agreed to refund our ac service policy that had not taken effect yet. I applaud these two individuals for their honesty and professionalism.
