My landlord called WFC late in the day because my boiler wasn’t holding pressure. The nice gentleman that came was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. He quickly fixed the problem and made sure it was going to work correctly. He exhibits the kind of excellence you want representing your company while in someone’s home. From the office staff to the delivery drivers and servicemen the customer service is excellent! Thank you!

Just got off the phone, with Sarah, requesting an emergency delivery of oil. Sarah happens to be one of the rudest, least understanding people on this planet- she contradicted her own delivery driver by saying she would deliver oil at some time today if possible, whereas the driver wanted to deliver immediately before noon. I’m not sure what Sarah’s problem is, but as she said before she hung up on us- “I don’t have to take your payment or make your account so goodbye .” Don’t go here folks. Just don’t. They are amazing! Almost always show up sooner then estimated. On most instances we're told 2 or 3 days away and they show up the same day. I know that's not going to be the case in the winter. But, they showed up on time every single time last winter! No complaints. Get the job done!
Boiler techs were very friendly, efficient, did a great job, it's running great. Quiet and smooth!
