We have used WFC since movong back to this area in 2018. They provide uninterrupted propane service with no hassles. They put in my new water heater and my new gas stove easy peasy. All I do is call and they are there. This local business gives it's all!
This company is fast to respond fast to deliver. Great company in that respect. The costs for work on boilers or chasing leaks in propane are extreme. However less than another well know company. If you suspect a propane leak a detector costs you about 1/3 the cost of an appointment and you can find and correct yourself even when they say it doesn't exist. You have always taken care of myself and my family. You cannot machine how much it meant to me that you were there for my husband when our furnace broke down and he was bedridden, dying at home of cancer. That is amazing service… even in the middle of the night!
We have been customers since 2018. We have always been happy with the service provided and interaction with the office staff. Our delivery driver is very friendly.
My landlord called WFC late in the day because my boiler wasn’t holding pressure. The nice gentleman that came was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. He quickly fixed the problem and made sure it was going to work correctly. He exhibits the kind of excellence you want representing your company while in someone’s home. From the office staff to the delivery drivers and servicemen the customer service is excellent! Thank you!
