So far my experience is going in a positive direction. The office has been very prompt with returning both my emails and phone calls. There was a slight error in the beginning but it was fixed immediately by the office staff. The office has been understanding and willing to make adjustments.

There could have been better communication which left me in a state of panic, but whenever I did speak with Mrs. Cousins, she would put my mind at ease and I would be reassured that she was on top of things. She was very relatable and pleaseant to talk to.
