I have had to deal with at least 2 other attorneys regarding other legal matters whether it be for myself or others. The experience from WLG firm trumps any encounter I have had with any other attorneys or law firm. My wife and I had the worst experience with this law firm. We initially spoke to Randy Williams, who we thought would be helping us. Our case was thrown to Patrick Calvo and paralegal Carissa Johnson. Absolutely no follow through or follow up. Every communication with them, I would have to reach out to them. The only time they reached out to us is when we contacted Randy. I do not like giving bad reviews, but client service is paramount. If you're looking for lawyers who will win your case, and you have the money for their non-refundable retainer on hand, I would definitely say to go with them. However, if you are going to them because you are stressed about a legal situation and you don't have the money on hand to give them, I would go elsewhere. They won my case, which ended up being more simple than expected because my landlord sold my debt, but I used their servicer to pay the retainer and that may have been one of the worst mistakes of my life.
