I have had to deal with at least 2 other attorneys regarding other legal matters whether it be for myself or others. My wife and I had the worst experience with this law firm. We initially spoke to Randy Williams, who we thought would be helping us. Our case was thrown to Patrick Calvo and paralegal Carissa Johnson. Absolutely no follow through or follow up. Every communication with them, I would have to reach out to them. The only time they reached out to us is when we contacted Randy. I do not like giving bad reviews, but client service is paramount. Just a warning. The free consultation is great but the responses are really slow or nonexistent and other paralegals and attorneys are involved. We had a question on one matter that NEVER got answered. MOST importantly don’t pay the retainer! It is non refundable! I paid $3000 and did not receive a refund though the actual invoices totaled about $600.
Williams Law Group came to my rescue 2 times in the past 9 months and I must say I am thankful for having them as trusted advisors and attorneys.
