My Husband's mom passed a year ago. We had Joanna Sibley walk us through our experience of redoing her house or sell as is. We took her advice. My husband redid the whole house. My sons both helped. She sold our house in less then 30 days way more then what we would have made "as is". As a result we were able to pay off our own. She was amazing and I would recommend Joanna to anyone.
