I am very concerned about what happened to my brother during the facility's carnival on July 25th. Another resident got in his face, pointed a finger at him, and physically touched him in an aggressive manner. He felt threatened and called the police, but only a report was taken. Later, another resident who is the president of the resident council, allegedly got in his face, used profanity and said they had been trying to get him out of the facility anyway. If there was a zero- This is one of the worst. Another family member had the same experience. I will be contacting an ombudsman for the state of Ohio regarding my experience. And I am spreading the word!
