Nice place to live I lived there for 7 years and i miss Vancouver in General
Great apts. Apartments are huge and great prices. The office managers are so nice. They keep the apartment grounds clean and they are very pet friendly. Everytime I need something fixed its done fast.
Very pretty community! Would love to move here but last time I called there is a wait list. The grounds are very pretty and it is well within walking distance to shops.
Pretty good place to live In 10 years 1999 - 2009 not much has changed. We were not very picky but the worst aspect of the place were residents - noisy inside and outside - LOUD MUSIC. I would like to rent over there again.

I love this place. I have lived here for 8 years. It is not fancy but it's nice. It has everything you need and it is affordable. I've had good neighbors most of the time and if someone moves and in is not a good neighbor, they don't last too long. We've had a couple different managers over the past 8 years and they have both been wonderful people. It is a great little community.
