We have used Willow Creek flooring to replace carpet in both of our houses. Jay,Krista, and Molly were exceptional at helping decide on the color and style. We have been very happy with the outcome. We will definitely use Willow Creek again when its time to replace my kitchen floor:)
We worked with Jay on having all of the flooring replaced in our house. He was very helpful in picking out the best carpeting for our needs. We have cats, so wanted to make sure the carpeting would hold up. The store has a lot of product on hand to choose from and it helped that I was able to take samples home to match colors and their prices are very competitive. Exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Willow Creek Flooring.
We have looked to Jay and Willow Creek Flooring to complete our flooring projects in our past and current residence. Jay is very professional, listens and works with you, and offers excellent suggestions. His crew does an outstanding job on both removing existing flooring and installing new, whether carpet or vinyl. In addition, they did an awesome job on a back splash and counter top project. We highly recommend Willow Creek, and know you will be very satisfied, as we have been.
Great carpet installation; long installation times. Our lone carpet installer arrived at 9am and didn't leave until after 8pm, although he worked hard and steadily. He was installing four average-sized rooms of carpet + a stairway. I thought maybe we had bad luck to have only one installer working by himself, especially since he placed multiple calls to get another installer to join him, but the front-desk woman at Willow Creek shared with me that it is common for them to only use one installer.
