Would give 1/2 star but it's unavailable.... They don't fix anything no matter how many time u call or email ..they say they will put in a work order but nobody ever comes ....can't wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here ...roaches are in every apartment I only see a bug guy every 3 months....the hallways stay black with filth and dirt from never being clean ...it's a 3 story building and the bottom floor pipes leak from the ceiling and there is mold all around the inside of the building .....just not a good livi... read more
don’t recommend it’s never clean on the inside it’s trash all through the hallways also they cut off the air so the whole building is scorching hot the washer and dryers for the building do not work it’s just a lot of things that’s need to be fixed they didn’t even pass the building inspection if you were looking to stay here i recommend you find somewhere else it’s not as lovely as they make it seem here 🤷🏾♀️ IT ALSO IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!

a warning to people, they DO discriminate here and Willow Creek Manor in Louisville. I am disabled and sick and looking for housing. I applied at the office, had an appointment, but they didn’t show up. I met with someone else instead. I had all the proper documentation and payment, yet I experienced disparate treatment, clear bias, disability discrimination, and discriminatory conduct toward me.
