I had every requirement settled, great paying job, great credit, money orders and ready to move in, but yet because I don’t have “rental references” I can’t move in? I had a crappy ex I lived with, a bad roommate situation, and have been living with family to save up for a house , yet I’m not a qualified tenant? If you really needed that 40$ from the application process , you could have at least spared me my time.
