I took my daughter to the dentist today and the experience was terrible. We arrived at 9:20 for a regular dental check-up. Everything was fine, and since my daughter is only five years old, I thought it went well. After the check-up, the doctor found a cavity in one of her teeth and said we could schedule an appointment to have it filled. I went there once and they had problems booking me in before a major event and made it like it was my fault as they tried to reschedule but based on my major event I told them I could not schedule later that it had to be that day. They tried rebooking me on the day of the appointment. Fast forward to this year..... I wanted to remain a loyal customer. Fantastic experiences at Willowgrove! I've now seen Paige (hygienist) and Dr. Sara Rayner multiple times. They are very competent, knowledgeable, gentle and care about your experience. The transition from my previous clinic was also very simple and hassle-free. Great clinic, would highly recommend!
