After visiting the lot once and telling him what we were interested in, he phoned us when a car of that description was due on the lot. We looked at the car and decided to purchase it. He was very accomodating to our schedule and the time spent purchasing the car was minimal and efficient. We own another Hyundai already, and have used the service dept. here too. "Purchased my 2012 Elantra from the website. Worked with..." Purchased my 2012 Elantra from the website. Worked with Bobby over the phone to get deal done. He was very friendly and kept in touch like he said he would until we closed the deal. I couldn't make it to the dealership to pick up the car so he drove the car to me with all the docs for me to sign. Excellent transaction. I love the car and appreciate all of the time he spent with me over the phone and in person during my lunch hour at work.

We had no waiting and all the paperwork flowed smoothly. Bobby answered all our questions and made the time spent buying the "Car of Year" most enjoyable.
