"New Santa Fe purchase" We stopped by to look at the new 2019 Santa Fe's and ended up driving one home for about the same payment as our 2016. Friendly and efficient staff. Took good care of us. No pressure sales person (Shelby)
"2018 KONA" Traded a Tucson for the new KONA. Love this new car. Rob Crockett is excellent. He and all the staff were very professional and are very attentive to customer needs. He has great knowledge of all models and is intent on meeting your requirements. I am a repeat customer and would recommend highly.
"Excellent" Friendly and helpful. Our son and daughter-in-law purchased a vehicle they was well satsified. We looked on line is see what was offered in our price range. Then called and made an appointment with Bobby Raines. Bobby answered all our questions.
"Time for a new car!" It was time to trade in my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe, but I was unsure what to get with all the new models and new features. Robert Raines (who looked like my nephew) came to my aid and patiently went through all my needs. We took a test drive around my old college. "Great buying experience" We were looking for a specific car and found a used one at Wilson County Hyundai in Lebanon. We had a great experience. We usually like to go to Carmax because we hate the high-pressure sales tactics at dealers. Here there was no pressure. Everyone was friendly, and it was a smooth and quick process.
