"Deal on a 2017 Sante Fe Sport" Mitch was a wonderful person, very explanatory, patient and a competent sales associate. He helped us to buy vs. 'selling'. We felt the process and transaction were open and transparent, no surprises. We are new to Tennessee and had no knowledge of any dealer's reputation. We will return in the future to Wilson County Hyundai because this dealership and Mitchell have great reputations in our book!
"New car" We worked with salesman Doug and finance man Travis. Both were very patient and helpful. We went to purchase a used vehicle but determined we were better off with a new vehicle. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.
"Our new car" We researched their website and called before going to the dealership. We knew what type of car that we wanted, and the sales rep (Rob) was very helpful in finding one for us - a 2018 Elantra. This is our 2nd Hyundai - last year we purchased a 2017 Tucson from the same dealership! We plan to have these 2 vehicles for many, many years. Every person we met while there was helpful and professional.
"Could be the Star of Blanchard's Book "GUNG HO"" I have purchased about 60 new cars and I put Rob Crockett in the top two of the sales professionals that I have dealt with over the years. In a conversation style, Rob assessed my needs and then showed me the two autos that fit my needs and wants. I had shopped Ford Explorer and the Kia Sorento, and believe the Santa Fe to be far greater value for the dollar than either of the other two makes. "First time to buy a new car" The was my first time to buy a new car, and Rob Crockett was my sales rep. He made the whole experience a real pleasure. There was no pressure to buy, and the pricing options were very clear and transparent. This is a great dealership.
