We have done many refinance loans over the years. This one was the best. When I first spoke to him 3 months ago I was not sure we were even going to do it. He gave us a couple of options to consider. I asked a few questions which he promptly answered. Was pretty sure we could work with him. 6 weeks later we got started. I cannot say enough about Wilson and the team at Paramount Equity. They kept the process moving and kept us informed. Our refi funded today and if we do this again, Wilson is the first person we will call.

I highly recommend Wilson he is an extraordinary agent that takes the time explain everything in detail. He was always available to our questions and concerns. He took the time to answer phone calls late in the evening ,and weekends if we had questions. He made the whole process of the loan very smooth. Wilson was one of the most efficient lender that I have worked with in a long time. He treated with dignity, professionalism, courtesy and most of all respect.
