The sales process was good. All parties knew what they were talking about and put together a good plan. Then they disappeared. No communication. Project is weeks late in getting started (according to the contract). Showed up today with our windows, with no notice. Tried to call the ** on the job and the phone had been disconnected. We had to send the windows back because we had nowhere safe to put them while we waited for them to start the work. There's not enough characters to explain everything thats going on but I would NOT recommend this company for concrete work! 7/2024-10/24 & still not ************** the "mention" section on their ******** and you'll see my whole review under "****** *****"- Poor communication, project manager no longer w company, no response for two weeks and reached out to SOL, to find this out.
