I had a great experience with Window Makeover. The crew was efficient and polite. They replaced three windows for us in just over 2 hours. I had no need to paint the replacement as they used the original frames. Based on my experience I highly recommend their service. Great value and very little inconvenience.
Window Makeover just impressed me today and I am not easily satisfied. First, their quote to replace a “radiused window and the 2 side glasses over my front door was the best of 4 quotes that I got ( and I’m talking about the top 3 Window replacement Co.’s in Atlanta). I called, set an appointment, their estimator came by, gave me a rough idea about prices and I was happy up to that point. One week later and after several calls requesting their estimate, never heard back from them again. The lady that answers the phone has told me twice that she has an estimate but needs to check something and promises to send it asap. Then does not. I feel sorry for the company and workers. Window cleaning guys were over our house today and our peachtree casement crank window gear broke. This resulted in not being able to close the window! We were so thankful that Window Makeover had the replacement crank in stock and Derek was able to repair it in on such short notice. Craig was very responsive and helpful in tracking down the replacement parts. Great company and service!
I would highly recommend Window Makeover. We had a great experience and saved thousands since they were able to repair many of our windows as opposed to installing all new. I believe the company is ethical and professional. No high-pressure tactics.
