We actually opted to cancel our contract, because we decided against using replacement windows. That choice shouldn't reflect on Jeff Klein our sales rep, nor anyone at WN. We thought Jeff, and his sales manager Chuck Olson, did a fine job of presenting the product and representing WN.

Very impressed. Estimator Joe Najjar was outstanding as were the installers. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an issue with two of the screens and Doug the manager ordered us two new screens. I love my new windows and highly recommend Window Nation, the installers, Doug and Joe.

Joe N and the installers get 5 stars from us. They completed our first floor windows two weeks ago, just in time for the cold spell. Installers did a great job. It is so much warmer that we are doing phase 2 our upstairs windows immediately. Highly recommend.

My neighbors in the condo had their windows installed by Window Nation and they were happy. I just had mine installed.
