Our representative, Will Kausyla was first of all punctual. He introduced himself to my husband and I and was very easy to talk to. He explained everything about the company. He was very professional. We explained to him our needs and he worked very hard to make it happen. He stayed much longer than the time that was allocated for the appointment. Tom Stolfi gave an excellent presentation regarding our window situation. He was very clear and conscise in his presentation.
