The main window in our living room has spots INSIDE the 2 panes of our Alaskan!! You can also see.. someone's hand print in between the pieces.. i finally figured out... it's not my bad job of cleaning... you can really tell now that the sun is out more and before the spring leafs return.... inspect your widows before they install them!! I've complained twice... to no avail... totally ignored... this is one reason we have NOT RECOMMENDED your company to the last 8 friends that have built new homes!

I wouldn't recommend windows USA to anyone .. we have had our windows for about 10 yrs or so now . And they leak worst then the ones we had before. They sent someone out, and there fix was to put a little Velcro piece where the top and bottom window meets . I don't know if they have changed anything since then . But I wouldn't recommend getting these windows

Windows USA recently installed our windows. It is amazing how much better our house looks. I had no idea! The installers were very professional, stayed on task, and completed the work in a timely manner. They were very respectful and careful to clean up everything. We were very pleased with the whole process from the presentation to the completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Windows USA.

My wife and I just had the Alaskan Windows installed in our home 2-3 months ago. The company asks customers for referrals and if your referral listens to their sales pitch, you will get $100. We submitted a few referrals to them. One of the referrals we gave them was a really good friend of mine. Windows USA continued calling them to set up an appointment and they continued declining for life circumstances/busy schedules. Windows USA called them earlier today to try setting up an appointment. We have had our windows for 2 weeks and are so happy with them. The house is a lot cooler and the road sounds are almost gone. I was surprised - did not think new windows would make that much difference. The service provided by Windows USA was excellent - from the sales, the installation, and the follow-up - by all members of the team. I highly recommend Windows USA. If you are interested in seeing if their service could be right for you - give them a call - and say I sent you. Then we'll all be happy.

Windows are Great ! Sales and Installers are good people. Immediately noticed how much quieter our house is. The temperatures in the rooms are much cooler also. Highly Recommend.

This place doesn't pay their contractor's quarterly bonuses because they may have smoked a cigerett on the job while no customer was around to even complain. They will also push contractors to do more in a day than they are capable of completing, then not pay them for work they have completed because pictures are not printed and turned in on time.
