We bought our windows in 2010 and we haven't had any problems with them. Loved the installation crew, they were super nice and let my then 4 yr old follow them around. Our end result was great, changed the look of our house totally. We've never had breaks or cracks in the past 8 yrs. Just recently we had our first chip and we contacted them. They scheduled a service call and a man came tonight to install it. Yet another super nice employee. You just can't beat this company or the lifetime warranty. ��
GREAT WINDOW AND EXCELLENT INSTALLER
The windows look great and operate with ease. The installers were courteous, neat and worked quietly.I was surprised at how fast they completed the installation. This week has been extremely hot outside with heat indexes above 100 degrees yet the inside windows remain very cool to the touch reflecting the ambient temperature inside the house. I feel I made a very good investment in my home.
My new windows are beautiful, they actually look bigger!!! My first electric bill was reduced drastically after only having them one week!
