The installers were knowledgeable, efficient (arrived when they said they would), neat and clean. Unbelievably fast install. We are very pleased with our new windows. Thankful for a job well done.
I've had them close to a month so I've had a few hot days but recently it's been cold. I'm equally satisfied cause when it's hot the house holds air like never before. & now that it's cold I still have to keep a small fan in my room to get just a little breeze every now & then

Windows USA is an excellent company. Their representative Shawn Hendricksen was very nice yet very professional. We felt comfortable and not pressured to buy while talking to him. He sold me with the heat and cold demonstration. The installers were quick, efficient and for the most part quiet. They made sure we knew how our new windows worked before they left. I was amazed on how they were able to change all the windows (20) in one day. And the next day they put the finishing touches and explain the operation of the windows to my wife and I.
