Mrs. Angela in the front office is truly a joy. She went above and beyond on assisting my family in making the Windsong Apartments our new home. She gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. She painted a detailed picture of what to expect in moving into the neighborhood. Mrs. Angela has made this experience effortless for us.
The new administration has been very efficient. Miss Angela Frederick makes sure you leave the office with every answer you need. Angela goes above and beyond and makes you feel welcome in the office. She makes sure to treat every person that comes through those doors as family. My experience living at Windsong for 4 years has been the best since I met Angela in November.
This review is in regards to the office staff member by the name of Angela. She was so kind and helpful while assisting me with figuring out why my car was towed. She went above and beyond by sending emails and making phone calls on my behalf to lead me on the right direction and get answers. She was so much help!
Ms. Angella made my whole process of moving so easy! She is very polite and caring! Whatever issue I had she made it her priority to fix it! She went over and beyond!
I just love it here. I moved in October of 2023 2 bedroom 2 bath and there is no place I would rather be. It's nice and quiet no riff raff and the ladies in the office are fabulous. The bus comes and pick my daughter up for school and Arlington is literally 7 min away. It's very clean around the property rent is very reasonable and the ladies in the office will work with you just communicate with them. The neighbors are super sweet and helpful.
