The Windsor professionals cared very well for my mother during rehabilitation. They were very professional, caring, and detailed. The facility is clean and well-equipped. The professionals were very attentive to her.

I spent 20 days here after a 2 day stay at a local hospital following a total knee replacement. It was not planned, nor did I partake in choosing where I went. I got excellent care and occupational therapy (OT) and physical therapy (PT) 5 days a week. The staff treated me very well and I learned a tremendous amount in PT & OT. There will always be times where a wait feels a bit long no matter where you are, but you must realize the nurses know how to prioritize the severity of the requests. Recently brought a gentleman to this facility And was very surprised by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by one of their employees. The lady forced herself between me and the patient and proceeded to abscond with him. I informed her that it was my wheelchair that the patient was in and I would like to operate my own wheelchair to which she abruptly said "no" and proceeded to tell me that she needed to do some of her own duties before I could take my chair with me. My mother in law spent one week in this place after a stay in the hospital. Not only did staff fail to change her wound dressings or provide her with decent care but staff documented they did so and documented that they gave her medication that they didn't. We found all of this out after she was rushed to the hospital after being sick for four days with internal bleeding. Complaints have been filed with adult protective services and the nursing board. Turns out this isn't the first time issues have come up
