Our entire staff here at The Flats on Archer are Fantastic. Hope has came into her new Manager position here and has given the residents great community interaction. She loves what she’s does and it shows. She has a sincere and pleasant personality. Jerry our maintenance supervisor is friendly, quick to complete work orders and so pleasant. He does such a great job. I love it here and renewed my lease for another term. Clean property as well. Thank you both Corie
The property manager sent my lease 7/12/2024 for my move in date of 7/13/2024. The lease was signed by the property manager at 11:38am 7/12/2024. At 4:57 Pm 7/12/2024 she called to ask if we could change the move in date , I then explained I had no where to go. I asked if I could at least put my belongings in the unit. I walked into the unit and couldn’t even leave my belongings. The unit is disgusting! She did not full explain what was really happening. The regional manager Shelly Hunt is verbally and physically abusive toward the employees. It gets swept under the rug when reported or you lose your job. After reviewing my itemized report for Preston Square and making an agreement to be released from my lease early, I was still charged an early termination fee. If you get hired, make sure your regional isn’t Shelly.
The office hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday and there’s almost never anybody there for that full duration the door is just locked the second half of the day. Also a maintenance request to fix my dryer was finally fulfilled a week and a half later when I had to physically go talk to the maintenance man since the office couldn’t be bothered to help me out. But besides that they do good with payment arrangements. That’s about it really
I'm currently in the Deerfield Estates property. I swear the management actively in the office there did NOT look over the apt before renting it. Cockroaches were giving me a WARM welcome. Its taken at least 2.5 months to get it dealt with. Finally got a hold of the Regional Manager and she LAUGHED when I said I'm going into debt over the cockroach issue.
