Jobel with customer service was very helpful with over the phone to assist with my move out (I no longer need the unit). The only thing I did not like was the immediate rate increase soon after I got the unit.
Cherryl was very helpful in providing service today and helping me clear up questions about billing and clearing out the unit. Great service is the reason why I have been a long time customer, thank you!
Patricia was very nice with setting us up with a storage area, and they provide you with a lock for your storage area. I recommend to use if you need to store a few things away for a while.
Management was Awesome and super easy to deal with! I felt safe coming here and leaving my valuables in this facility!! Definitely recommend to my friends! Thank you Winston Self storage and to your new management team which you can tell is always striving to take care of their Customers!!!
