i talked to these guys right after i got hit by a young kid at a red light. they sent a lawyer out to me the very same day and helpedme with my cars damage. after seeing some doctors and getting a couple tests done they had my case in the works with the kids insurance company. i didnt have to talk to anyone from that company at all during the whole process. i just sent my pay and mileage in and...

They were poor at keeping us informed of progress in our case. We constantly had to reach out to them, only to find that some action had been mistakenly omitted, resulting in further delaying resolution on the claim.
