I love my little apartment. Our manager Liz has always been super friendly, and helpful with anything I have needed, and Fred is pretty quick to get to any maintenance issue I have had.

Love living at the Bryan location! So much space! Apartment manager is so nice
The only thing I don't like is they like to tell you what you can and can't do a lot. The office is hard to get into contact with. They also come into your apartment to check fire alarms which really isn't necessary, It's not hard to replace batteries in a fire alarm, and they'll do that once or twice a year. I feel like they inspect fire alarms as an excuse to inspect the apartments. I've lived in way nicer apartment complexes where I didn't have to worry about all the stuff I just mentioned.
