For nearly a decade I had called Winthrop Terrace Findlay my home. The spacious, yet homely units are well laid out, and can be made to feel like home rather easily. The massive closets provide ample storage space for seasonal clothing and decorations. In more recent years Pam has been superb in improving the resident experience at Winthrop Terrace. I've lived here for going on 3 years now, and have had no issues with the place whatsoever. Pam has always been kind and willing to work with me on any issues I've had, and maintenance is always quick and efficient. Thank you Pam, and Mark! :)

Working with Pam made the move in process easy. The apartment was clean, and the grounds around the complex were neat and attractive.

Mark and Jenny from the maintenance team do an excellent job; they helped replace my air conditioner over the Fourth of July holiday, responding quickly to requests and ensuring everything was properly fixed. Together with Pam, they make a wonderful team. Thanks to their dedication, the building is kept in great condition. Highly recommended!

Pam provided wonderful customer service in assisting me with my application. Although I will not be able to live there anymore, she made it very easy to cancel my application and get my deposit back. Overall, a wonderful experience and I am sad that I cannot experience living there.
