My boyfriend and I recently moved into these apartments and had a great experience! We are recent college graduates who were looking for a lower priced apartment to accommodate myself, my boyfriend, and my cat. I truly don't know where to start, my husband and I lived here for 2 and a half years. When we first moved in Kim was the property manager and if I tried I know that I would not be able to say enough good things about her. She ran the place like a Swiss watch! If you couldn't find her in the office it was only because she was out on the grounds making sure that the public areas were looking as good as possible. I've lived at WT-Findlay for 10 yrs.this coming Oct. There have been ups and downs in the years. I must say though that when I have emailed or spoken with Pam in the leasing office I have left feeling that my concerns were being heard. There are some issues of things in the unit being outdated-a small price to pay- but I am confident that they are working on bringing things up to.date. I've been living for about a year now. Nothing but good experiences, compared to a lot of other properties, I've been at in the area, maintenance keeps up with everything, and Pam the property manager is a joy to work with, and actually able to be reached during office hours. No major problems yet and there are regular inspections to prevent future issues and keep the place as well maintained as possible.
I’ve lived here for almost a year now with no problems. The maintenance is amazing, the property manager Mrs. Pam, is like my property mom I love her. They’re really good at communicating and keeping us informed with anything that they’re doing/need to do around the apartments, and it’s a safe place!!
