Recently moved back to Ohio and had to grind a little bit to get my own place. Was encouraged to check out Winthrop Terrace. I am GLAD I did! Easy application, once accepted Pam had me lined up for an apartment to move in 3 weeks later. The move in process was straight forward and easy to navigate. Pam was incredibly efficient and professional! My boyfriend and I were apartment searching for awhile before finding this gem of a place. I read the reviews way before moving in to find out this was the perfect place for me and him. They are pet friendly so that’s a plus. What really makes this place is the property manager Pam. Pam is the most outgoing/down to earth person you’ll ever meet! I have lived here for several years and have truly enjoyed the experience. Mrs. Pam in the office has been exceptionally helpful whenever issues arise, she is consistently kind, responsive, and thorough in resolving any problem that arises, for which I am very grateful. The maintenance team is prompt, professional, and performs repairs pretty quickly. This will be my first time renting an apartment, and my initial impressions are very positive. Mrs. Pam was very friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful. Me and my boyfriend were apartment searching for a while and we were so happy to come into contact with Pam. The application process was very easy and straight forward, she even adjusted her schedule to let us move in on A Saturday which was greatly appreciated by the both of us. We love calling this place home!
