My boyfriend and I recently moved into these apartments and had a great experience! We are recent college graduates who were looking for a lower priced apartment to accommodate myself, my boyfriend, and my cat. I've lived at WT-Findlay for 10 yrs.this coming Oct. There have been ups and downs in the years. I must say though that when I have emailed or spoken with Pam in the leasing office I have left feeling that my concerns were being heard. There are some issues of things in the unit being outdated-a small price to pay- but I am confident that they are working on bringing things up to.date. My sister has been living here for a couple of months and i have been a frequent visitor. We both love her apartment. It has a nice layout with a great amount of parking outside to have guests as well. Bob, the maintenance man is very fast and reliable to help with any issues. He really helps make it a safe environment for people living here. Thank you to the staff for treating my sister with respect and keeping the apartments safe for her to live.
I've been living for about a year now. Nothing but good experiences, compared to a lot of other properties, I've been at in the area, maintenance keeps up with everything, and Pam the property manager is a joy to work with, and actually able to be reached during office hours. No major problems yet and there are regular inspections to prevent future issues and keep the place as well maintained as possible.
I’ve lived here for almost a year now with no problems. The maintenance is amazing, the property manager Mrs. Pam, is like my property mom I love her. They’re really good at communicating and keeping us informed with anything that they’re doing/need to do around the apartments, and it’s a safe place!!
