As far as root canals go, Dr. Gainey was great!! Highly recommended him! He made me feel very comfortable and gave me updates throughout the procedure so I knew exactly what was happening. Didn't take long at all, and everyone was so nice! (They even let you pick the music, such a nice touch!)
Excellent care, courteous staff, and great follow-up. Though the exam rooms were spotless, I wish the public areas were a little cleaner. The bathroom was grubby, carpet needed cleaning, chair frames could have used a good dusting as could the baseboards. But I would certainly use them again!
Getting a root canal will probably never be high on anyone's "best way to spend your day" list. But Dr Gainey was SO competent, kind, gentle that I was unaware two hours had passed with no discomfort at all. I would highly recommend him and the entire office.
Excellent dental work by Dr. Gainey and his assistant, Amanda. He was very professional and receptive to questions. Leah, the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful answering and following up on my insurance coverage questions.
If you must have a root canal Dr Gainey is the one to choose! He is kind and concerned. He explained everything clearly and even though I had a marathon appointment he made sure I was comfortable at all times. Thank you for a good experience!
