Just saw Dr.Gainey for a consultation for potential root canal retreatmenent. Great guy! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me while showing me the X-rays and went over my options, along with his recommendation. I felt he was very honest and had a great demeanor. I didn't feel pressured, and would definitely return to this place in the future. His assistant was great too!
I was incredibly impressed with the compassion, sensitivity, kind, and professional treatment. I was incredibly nervous and in a lot of pain and I was quickly calm down and put it ease that I would be treated with care and dignity which I was. Both the endodontist and his assistant were unbelievable. I was made comfortable, gave great advice, and all questions answered before even starting the procedure and of course at the end. It was an incredibly positive experience and I highly recommend this group.
I had made an appointment with Dr. Gainey because my tooth was hurting. It got significantly worse and his office was kind enough to get me in the next day. After determining that I needed a root canal he offered to do it right then! They really don't like to have people in pain. The procedure was very smooth and I feel much better! So grateful for the care I received from Dr. Gainey and his staff.
Could NOT be more pleased with the root canal redo performed by Dr. Gainey at the Mequon location. Seriously, all the anxiety that precedes the dreaded root canal procedure is surely not warranted when you go to this doctor. I joked with the office staff that everyone should schedule a root canal whether they need it or not just to see how painlessly it can be performed! Glad he was able to correct the wrongs of my poorly-done (or partially done) one from 20+ years ago and alleviate the infection.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with WI Endodontist Group. I needed to have a root canal after a routine dental procedure had unforeseen complications. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. I called the office on 9/2 and despite a full schedule, they squeezed me in for a consult with Dr. Gainey that same morning.
