Excellent care, courteous staff, and great follow-up. Though the exam rooms were spotless, I wish the public areas were a little cleaner. The bathroom was grubby, carpet needed cleaning, chair frames could have used a good dusting as could the baseboards. But I would certainly use them again!
As far as root canals go, Dr. Gainey was great!! Highly recommended him! He made me feel very comfortable and gave me updates throughout the procedure so I knew exactly what was happening. Didn't take long at all, and everyone was so nice! (They even let you pick the music, such a nice touch!)
I was referred to Dr Gainey for a root canal. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule for a same day consultation then got me in for the procedure the next week. I’ve had 2 root canals in the past and both gave me quite a bit of pain after. I was expecting this to be the same. After my anesthetic wore off, I felt literally nothing except for mild soreness from keeping my mouth open for so long. They gave me ibuprofen before I left. That was the only pain reliever I needed. All the great reviews! Let me add to them. My daughter's case was hardly routine. The elaborate undertaking anticipated, was a nightmare for us trying to find someone to take on the challenge. I cannot say enough about the care she recieved from Dr. Gainey and his staff! From the initial call taken, to walking out after completion, was nothing short of perfection! Excellent dental work by Dr. Gainey and his assistant, Amanda. He was very professional and receptive to questions. Leah, the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful answering and following up on my insurance coverage questions.
