Just saw Dr.Gainey for a consultation for potential root canal retreatmenent. Great guy! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me while showing me the X-rays and went over my options, along with his recommendation. I felt he was very honest and had a great demeanor. I didn't feel pressured, and would definitely return to this place in the future. His assistant was great too!
Dr. Gainey was excellent! Explained every detail of the procedure as it progressed. Was encouraging and patient. Answered all questions.
I was incredibly impressed with the compassion, sensitivity, kind, and professional treatment. I was incredibly nervous and in a lot of pain and I was quickly calm down and put it ease that I would be treated with care and dignity which I was. Both the endodontist and his assistant were unbelievable. I was made comfortable, gave great advice, and all questions answered before even starting the procedure and of course at the end. It was an incredibly positive experience and I highly recommend this group.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with WI Endodontist Group. I needed to have a root canal after a routine dental procedure had unforeseen complications. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. I called the office on 9/2 and despite a full schedule, they squeezed me in for a consult with Dr. Gainey that same morning. I had a root canal done by Dr. Gainey; one of many over the years. Dr. Gainey is a very compassionate and competent Endodontist. He came highly recommended by my dentist and I completely understand why he gets such excellent reviews. While I can't claim that getting a root canal done is an enjoyable experience, Dr. Gainey and his assistant made the experience very comfortable and painless.
