I had such a great experience with Dr. Gainey and his assistant. I was nervous about having a root canal, but they were both so kind, efficient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They even asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to during the procedure! I was only there for about 40 minutes total, and everything went so smoothly. Considering it was a root canal, it truly ended up being a great experience. I’m so thankful for their care and would highly recommend them!
I was referred to Dr. Gainey for 3D imaging because there was a concern that I might need a root canal. Since the 3D imaging can be expensive, I asked his assistant whether it would be possible to diagnose the issue using regular X-rays instead. I needed a root canal and the Dr made arrangements on a late Friday afternoon to take care of me. I woke Friday morning in crazy pain. My Dentist office is closed on Friday but they connected me to WEG. They were fast, efficient, caring, informative, professional, fairly priced and very accommodating. Obviously I hope to not need their services anytime soon but would highly recommend them to anyone.
My husband needed a root canal, and Dr. Gainey was recommended- and we’re so happy he was! He was very patient, understanding and explained everything fully. He was so friendly and thorough, and made what should be a not so fun experience, bearable! I’d recommend Dr. Gainey to anyone!
Dr Gainey and his staff were competent and friendly. As my root canal was literally painless, I assume they are utilizing only state of the art techniques and equipment. Grateful to have professionals like Dr. Gainey in our community when you need them!
