I was incredibly impressed with the compassion, sensitivity, kind, and professional treatment. I was incredibly nervous and in a lot of pain and I was quickly calm down and put it ease that I would be treated with care and dignity which I was. Both the endodontist and his assistant were unbelievable. I was made comfortable, gave great advice, and all questions answered before even starting the procedure and of course at the end. It was an incredibly positive experience and I highly recommend this group.
I had made an appointment with Dr. Gainey because my tooth was hurting. It got significantly worse and his office was kind enough to get me in the next day. After determining that I needed a root canal he offered to do it right then! They really don't like to have people in pain. The procedure was very smooth and I feel much better! So grateful for the care I received from Dr. Gainey and his staff.
I had a root canal done by Dr. Gainey; one of many over the years. Dr. Gainey is a very compassionate and competent Endodontist. He came highly recommended by my dentist and I completely understand why he gets such excellent reviews. While I can't claim that getting a root canal done is an enjoyable experience, Dr. Gainey and his assistant made the experience very comfortable and painless.
For anyone who needs a root canal, I cannot recommend Dr. Gainey enough. He was very reassuring, informative, and has a fantastic chairside manner. The staff was helpful in making sure I got on the schedule as soon as possible, and the procedure was far smoother than I could have anticipated.
My dentist sent me here and I can see why. Very friendly, professional, did an excellent job. Pain management was top notch which was a good thing as I'm a scared d cat. I'll be seeing Dr Gainy again for any future needs.
