Had an appointment for 3:30PM to get my first ever surgery done to get wisdom teeth removed. Did not get sat down until 5PM. Was then told by the Nurse that because I had breakfast the same day that I could not get the surgery done even though I was explicitly told by Representative over the phone that having breakfast would be okay. Called back to re-schedule to give them a chance to make up for the mistake, but would not schedule me. Am currently still in pain, worst experience ever.
