Thank you, Wisdom Teeth Guys, for giving an affordable option for wisdom teeth removal. This was my third child to have this surgery. The price at another office we previously used, had gone up significantly. Luckily my husband saw an ad for The Wisdom Teeth guys. They stayed with their advertised price. Easy to schedule. Smooth procedure. Then a follow up check in to see how patient is doing. Will be using again the next time we need wisdom teeth removed!
I had EXTREME wisdom teeth pain due to multiple impacted teeth and needed them out ASAP, they were able to get me in within 2 days of checking them out, 1 day after looking at scheduling, and they made the process super easy. Another oral surgeon had told me I would have to have an “extensive removal” with all these “extra needs” but the wisdom teeth guys were were able to make it practically painless, at least compared to what I was in before hand, and within a few days I was back on my feet, at work, and feeling great! I did not have a good visit at the Mesa location. Here is a few issues that occurred that forced me to get up and leave: 1. My appointment was at 1:00 PM but I didn’t get called to the room until close to 3:00 PM. Mind you I was already without water or food for close to 15 hours due to fasting. 2. They did not have my dentist recommendation or any medical records information I completed and just went off of the x-ray they took during the visit and asked me what I wanted done. So happy we found The Wisdom Teeth Guys! They were great and made the whole process easy. 2 appointments and done. The only thing I would have liked was to stay with my daughter while they put her to sleep since she was very nervous, but other than that, amazing and will recommend to others!
My son recently had his wisdom teeth removed. The service itself was fine. The staff was friendly and answered questions. The only thing I didn’t like was how impersonal it felt. They have patients in and out like an assembly line. I understand the service is specific to a certain procedure but personally I just don’t like feeling like a number when bedside manner is a factor in the medical world.
