The process was quick, simple easy to understand. Did not involve lengthy complicated application. They came to me over the weekend was less than five minutes, followed up with them on Monday in less than 10 minutes, and the whole thing was done

There can be some communications issues (they seem to be short-staffed, but I don'tknowthis for a fact), so you need to be proactive with Wise Loan, but I had a positive experience using their Chat utility. The Chat representative Reinnalen was very on-top of the Customer Service skillset.
