I informed the clerk I also wanted $30 in gas. I informed the clerk that i was paying with debit. The clerk rang it up as credit and walked off to assist the other clerk make a drink. I swiped my card. I wanted a copy of my receipt as the clerk didn't ran as debit as requested. I waited a few moments and wasn't assisted. I then went out to my vehicle to pump my gas. I come here in the mornings for the redbull specials. The am ladies are always so nice and always smiling. There is a lady who always helps me when I go and never once have I seen her upset, stressed, or in a hurry when helping me. Thank you for always having great customer service. That is the main reason I come to this place for Red Bulls. Keep up the good work am crew!
Food is great. Customer service is awful. You can’t make a special request on breakfast burritos. Was told this burrito had no cheese in it like I requested when you clearly see cheese. I was told it was egg and not cheese. Was told off by Kayla (not sure if it’s real name) supposedly supervisor. I was told off in person and by phone.
I shop at Wolf Den at least a couple times a week and the main reason is the friendly staff in the fuel center. Cassie, Cheryl, Jocy and Litzy are so nice and friendly, they are what makes me choose Wolf Den over the others!
The food is good when u can get service and don't have food delivered they forget stuff all the time.. like today i ordered food for delivery there supose to have it all ready for the driver there was no salad no pop i even paid extra money the workers are always chit chatting with each other have no care for customers
